Vore stopped working

I'm not sure what is happening to cause it but after a while of eating the Squires the ability to vore them cut out completely, I had vore options pop up once on another creature i had defeated while this problem has been going on but it never gives me the option any more for vore on the Squires no matter how many times i beat them.


edit:I just started the save i'd been using that has the vore problem going on, I found that once my character had taken on a mutation from another creature he became able to vore on squires again.
