Wyvern Goop and Stables Quest

Since the upgrade to the Wyverns, it's really, really hard to get five goops. Without really good luck or a build to grab items early... You're likely to trigger the full-sized wyverns and be pretty much stuck. Especially if the male wyvern locks onto you.

Can the quest be toned down to just a couple goops? Or have goops drop from submitting?

It's a survival game, but whenever I time out trying to get a drop quest just seems... Meh.
