The Egyptian Wing

So I just encountered the Egyptian Wing. Is this something recent or have I just been blind this whole time and not encountered it? (I highly doubt it's something that came about from my mummy monster suggestion considering how recently I made it.)

It's been there for some months. As far as I know has a it contains a weapon that is the current replacement of the Reservoir knives (as expectable, heavily guarded), a bit of Egyptian history on another room, and an Egyptian themed NPC that offer some quests.

It's been in the game for something like two years now. It's got a powerful weapon that you'll have to fight for and an NPC who'll offer you some quests and then provide a unique TF if you sex him up afterword (though there's no ending for it yet).
A big monster like that on such a pointed roof... You may ask 'how does it stay up there, if it's so difficult?'
