He is - and should be added to the list of pets/companions. He's not a static bunker/library inhabitant.

Went looking for this to post to someone else whom might play the game, didn't expect it to be ON THE TOP. Someone should take over keeping it up to date though, I don't visit the forums often enough, clearly... I think my list by now is very out of date.


The wiki was even further out of date when I started this list, no idea if anyone has been fixing that.
