perks missing?

hey i just had a quick thou interesting question. does anyone know what happened to the the safe appetite and iron stomach perk? used to be able to get them from Dr Matt in Trevor labs after getting the vore predator perk.

Iron Stomach requires a Stamina of 14+.
Safe Appetite requires Iron Stomach and Vore Predator.

Thanks I'll try that. My stamina is 13 sojust a little more.
