Is it possible to be a Snow Leopard if you're a researcher?

I've been trying to become a snow leopard with the researcher start but there doesn't seem to be any vials that turn you into a snow leopard no matter how many of them you beat up. Would devouring them with the vore predator feat be the only way?

Sounds like you're just having problems with the random number generator. They do drop vials.
A big monster like that on such a pointed roof... You may ask 'how does it stay up there, if it's so difficult?'
