Connect over SSL?

Hi,
I've noticed connecting over port 2000 to the server is standard telnet without encryption. I'm a little over secure with data and don't really want people sniffing out these packets on my network, therefore I'm wondering if there was an ssl option for connecting to FS? I understand the mushclient doesn't include ssl included as standard, but I've read stunnel could be used with mushclient to make a secure connection to a ssl enabled mud server (or other mud clients which has ssl included).
Many thanks.
