Can't access my characters.

So for the last month, I was suspended. As I am no longer banned from the forum I assume my game account would also be unbanned. I can login to it but my characters didnt show up on the web client.
If one of the staff members with the ability to check these things can look into it when they're not busy, it would be appreciated.
And maybe one of you can pm or email me why I was suspended? Board just said 'you are not welcome here'.

What happens when you connect with a MUCK/MUSH/MUD client to port 2222?

I can connect with no problem, but when I try to login it says 'incorrect login'.

Yes, 100% sure. Hard to mess up a string of 6 numbers. I tried mushclient too. On web client, half the time it doesn't let me login, and when I did get in, the characters were gone. I could just make a new one, if we can't resolve this. No problem.

As I mentioned before, I was suspended which means I broke a rule at some point. As my characters are gone, I will accept this to be part of my punishment as it were. Don't want to waste staff time, so just one final question: creating a character would technically bring me to 3, but since the others are gone, do I have permission to make a new one?
