Flexible Survival

Hey, I know how to find most of the TFs in FI, but the wiki has a few listed that I can't seem to figure out how to trigger without the zapper:

Big Booby
Boar Man
Bodybuilder
Goo girl (actually, I can't even zap myself into this one, was it something that was contemplated but never added?)
Neanderthal
Ragdoll
Pixie
Slutrat
Tentacled Ooze
Vixen
Were fennec

Are there actual non-zapper means of getting these TFs?

Get a mall rat tail and sacrifice someone. I think there is some random chance involved.

Okay, so that's how to get the slutrat and the Vixen seems to be triggered by someone else getting infected with Mall Rat, but what about the others?
