Flexible Survival

It this just me or is Alpha Fang missing from the online client because I have now followed every step on the wiki both ways but no matter what I can't seem to get the Sandra and Fang option is it something I am doing wrong?

Do you have specific blocked content? Also, various scenes only fire if you haven't fucked the npcs in a while (a day or so).

Okay i found out what the problem was I usually talk with sandra to have the threesome with fang but for some reason it moved to having it on fang only
