Toughest Enemy

I'm currently level 32 and i've killed the blob.
Is there an enemy tougher than that blob or have I beaten the best and there's noone else to "challenge me".

That's pretty much it unless you want to turn on Hardcore mode.

Waaay down my queue I may have plans to implement more extremely difficult monsters, but right now the priority is improving existing content, over adding new ones.

I found one enemy that was kinda a challenge.
The mental mice are attacking in legions now which makes them the toughtest force in the game for me right now.

Oh yeah, them.
They're like the most inadvertently unsexy thing in the game fore me: they remind me of cranium rats.

The Doe also scales with you as well I believe, although only if you don't keep her around.

I had to look those up. It's the first of heard of them. The Mental Mice thankfully don't have exposed brains.
