Is there any way to remove feats? I got singular near the beginning of the game in SP but no longer want it, can it be removed?

You could use the saveword to transfer your progress to a newly started game, then that'll allow you to re-level and choose all feats again. Other than that, no - you're stuck with what feats you got.
