Question about Selective Mother

I got the feat selective mother but now I can't get pregnant I searched all over trying to find how to actually use it but nothing allows me to set it. So can someone please help out a new player? thanks!

Any time you're not pregnant and have vaginal intercourse (or anal, if you've got the MPreg feat), you've got a chance of getting pregnant. Selective Mother means that whenever the chance succeeds, you're given a yes/no option instead of simply automatically being impregnated. Several other factors can improve your odds of pregnancy- the Fertile feat (required for Selective Mother anyway) and being in heat are two.

Orthas the dragon lady in Trevor Labs has a 100% chance of impregnating you if you're a herm or you're female and have a Seed or Cum item in your inventory once you've stood guard for her.
