Flexible Survival

I don't know if there is an obvious way that I am missing or if there is no way but if there is, i'd like to know. I enjoy the game and would like to experience everything it has to offer without running out of time. Can anyone help me?

Go to Trixie, type iwannacheat and use the menu to disable time.

You can also earn effectively unlimited time by going to Diego at the Park entrance and Tricking him, which is an intelligence check. You can earn either 18 extra hours or 2 days and 6 hours, based on how well you succeed (if you fail, you lose 10 points of humanity). You can trick him once per day. If you really want to rack up extra time, try using the Undo command to keep trying until you get a high number.

or do what I do which is cheat, set your int stat to 50 with a save file, and flawlessly trick Diego every time, always netting you two days.

50 Intelligence is vastly overkill for that.

'play on' and the setting in the 'iwannacheat' menu are equivalent. It's just another means of accessing that command if you forget what it's called.
