Flexible Survival

So, I read on the wiki about Elijah pimping out submissive players, though it wasn't on his page, but it doesn't say anything about how to do this or when it happens.

It's a walk-in event. You have to have the submissive feat, evil Elijah in the bunker and not having fucked him in a day.

I actually really liked that part, I would love to see Evil Elijah pimping the player out to all kinds of creatures throughout the land!
