Singleplayer Hour Items on the Multiplayer store

the Info on the item says it can be spent on writer for hire but how do you spend them. as when I click on them to use them, it gives me an error item not found.

You attempt to use the Singleplayer - Hour... This does not appear to be any supported usable item!

since I want to use the Hours toward the writer for hire but can't.

It's not automagic, alas, you have to contact me and say 'I have 5 hours, give it to Stripes/Wahn/BlueBishop/Your Cat for an awesome scene involving avacado dip and nuclear exchange'.
