Flexible Survival

Is the "disorganization" event removed for good? I've tried to hunt for it from the Outside Exploration areas and the game never knows what I'm talking about. Is it removed from the game? If so that's too bad. I always kinda liked that one.

It's gotten a timeout until reworked... so no, not 100% gone, just unreachable right now.
