Flexible Survival

Part of Leonard's questline involves defeating a few feline girls and 'nursing' them while bringing them to Leo. Is there any way to do this without being a female or herm character? If not it would be nice if male characters could use gryphon milk or something to complete the quest, I usually play with female/herm infections off.
